First MARCHI LECTURE, Genoa

On 23 April 2010 in Genoa the Day in Memory of Enrico Marchi was held, in the presence of numerous participants. The first Marchi Lecture was also held on that day, an itinerant annual event that the Italian Hydraulics Group want to dedicate to the memory of Enrico Marchi.
The interventions included: Greetings from the Academic Authorities, the Presentation of the volume of the Selected Papers, the aforementioned Marchi Lecture and some testimonials. Enrico Marchi's students warmly thank their colleagues and friends who, with their kind collaboration, have helped make possible the realization of these Acts.
