On Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 3.30 pm, in the lecture hall "Orabona" of the Polytechnic University of Bari, within the scope of the PhD in "Risk and Environmental, Territorial and Building Development" (coordinator prof. Michele Mossa), a seminar was held entitled "The techniques of observation of the earth for the knowledge and control of the environment. The role of the constellation of satellites RADAR COSMO-SkyMed in land monitoring", speaker dr. Francesco Nirchio of the Italian Space Geodesy Center of the ASI (Italian Space Agency, Matera).
