Within the ITS Foundation “A. Cuccovillo” (of which the Polytechnic University of Bari is a founding member) a project financed by the Erasmus+ Program KA2 was launched together with the AQP (Aqueduct of Apulia - Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices, on the subject of high level education on the management of integrated water systems.
The project includes techical visits in Italy, Spain and Canada to exchange the best teaching practices, to define possible upgrades of the relevant post-graduate and university training courses, as well as refresher courses for teachers and tutors.
The start up of the project took place in Bari, from 11 to 13 November 2019.
The President of ITS, prof. Lucia Scattarelli, asked to visit the LIC - Coastal Engineering Laboratory with an international delegation, to learn about and discuss with a visiting international delegation our good practices in the field of training / research in the area of interest (Water Management / Integrated water system / Applied sector research).
Specifically, the leading partner of the project is the FORIS association of Brindisi and the host institutions involved are:
